Cleaning, repointing and coating to extend the life of an ageing roof.
Older concrete tiles lose their surface finish and become porous, so they hold water, soil faster and suffer more in frost. The tile itself is often still structurally sound.
Restoration is a sequence: clean, repair and repoint the ridge, then coat. Each step depends on the one before, and coating a roof that has not been properly cleaned simply seals the problem in.
Not a substitute for a new roof
Restoration extends the life of a sound roof. Where the structure or the tiles have genuinely failed, we will say so rather than coat over it.
