Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. Imperial Cleaning and Restoration is the data controller.
What we collect
If you fill in the quote form we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and the message you wrote. Nothing else is collected and no account is created.
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the work if you go ahead. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our business email by an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us.
The site is hosted by a web hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept while they are still useful to answer, then deleted. Records relating to work carried out are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and insurance purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, the supervisory authority in Ireland, at dataprotection.ie.
