Low pressure cleaning with a solution that kills growth at the root.
Soft washing uses a cleaning solution rather than force. It kills moss, algae and lichen at the root instead of blasting the top layer off, which means it does not return as quickly and the surface underneath is untouched.
It is the correct method for roofs, render, pebbledash, painted walls and anything else that pressure would damage. It takes longer than pressure washing and it is worth the time.
Why it lasts longer
Pressure removes what you can see. Soft washing kills the growth itself, so regrowth is slower.
