Render Cleaning
Render and pebbledash washed down at low pressure, without stripping the finish.
Red and green algae staining on render is extremely common on exposed and north-facing walls, and it is what makes an otherwise sound house look neglected. It runs in streaks down from the gutters and sills.
Render is soft washed, not blasted. Pressure strips the finish off render and pebbledash, and once that is gone the only fix is re-rendering.
Low pressure only
Render will not take high pressure. Soft washing removes the staining and leaves the finish intact.
