Cladding panels are usually on commercial units and modern housing, often at height, and they show dirt streaking badly because the surface is flat and uniform.
Panel systems rely on sealed joints. Forcing water into them at pressure causes problems behind the cladding that are not visible until much later, so this is a low pressure job.
