Staining is its own problem. Oil, rust and graffiti all need the right treatment for the mark and the surface it is on, and the wrong product leaves a clean patch that looks worse than the stain.
Storm work is different again. After heavy weather the priority is clearing drainage and making the property safe, and we photograph what we find before touching it.
